Mold customization process
Step 1: Product Idea Brand customers tell us their product concept,or show us any photos about what they want to make.
Step 2: Drawing we will make 3D drawing accordingly and communicate with customers to confirm shape,size and function
Step 3: Proto type At our ceramic company, we utilize 3D printing technology to create prototypes and present them to customers for confirmation.
Step 4: Mold/Tooling Develop mold / tooling,manufacture T1,T2 samples and submit themto customers for testing
Custom Colors
Custom colors can be made according to the actual samples or Pantone color card numbers
Customized Patterns
We can customize patterns with different techniques, including decal, embossing, spray painting, hand-painting, etc.

Ordinary packaging, white box, color box, window box, gift box can be customized
